Hand Crafted Jewelry
My jewelry expresses my humor and self-confidence, and the humor and self-confidence of the wearer. It’s simple and straightforward and always shows the hand of the artist. The work is complete once someone wears it and brings their own energy to the story.
I live and work in Beavercreek, OR. I have been making jewelry for 15 years. My work can be found in galleries in Portland, Bend and McMinnville. My work includes etched, smithed, fused and painted metals. I often incorporate beads and stones into my pieces. Recently, I’ve been painting, collaging and cutting paper to use in jewelry. I paint by hand on artist-quality papers, slice and collage, then cut again to form the jewelry components. Each piece is sealed and varnished to make them soil and water resistant. They are big, bold, and light as a feather, and can’t be found anywhere else.
