PRODUCT TITLE of each Class could be CLASS - class title
Below is a Collection (you would put classes in a special Collection. I didn't find a way to add the VENDOR or the DESCRIPTION fields here BUT you can add TEXT fields and you could just edit it on this page after creating the Product.
