Impressionism & En Plein Air Paintings

I’m inspired by fleeting moments in nature, focusing on how a place feels rather than strict realism. I want to gently pull the magic out of a landscape and translate it to canvas, inviting viewers to connect emotionally to time and place. I focus on vivid color, dynamic composition and movement, leaving perfection at the door.

I am a Silverton-based artist raised in the Willamette Valley. Trained in Fine Arts at Oregon State University-Cascades, I began with pencil and pen, later refining my skills in college figure studios. My Impressionist and en plein air painting style developed across Oregon’s countryside and alongside my two talented aunties Margaret Plumb and Theresa Sharrar. I have exhibited at Lunaria Gallery in Silverton in June 2025 and have participated in numerous group shows in the Willamette Valley.
